Just because you can’t see the oil, doesn’t mean that it just vanished. Dumping a couple million gallons of dispersant will make the oil break up into little bits, but that just means it will spread it out more. Oh yea, its also toxic as hell.

I would say so, but if you are having doubts watch this, or you know go outside and experience the hottest year on record (so far).
